Can I cancel an order if I change my mind？
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
How do I return an item?
Step 1: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark on your delivery note which you would like to return using the reason codes provided.
Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging (if possible), with the tags still attached. We’re unable to accept returns for any iterms where the packaging has been removed.
Step 3: Return your items to the address detailed on your delivery note.
Post NL – 4 euros will be deducted from your refund when choosing this method.
Or return using a method of your choice, we will not reimburse the cost of this return.
If you choose not to return using the label provided, please obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
